Please only submit this once per society. The submitter should be a member of the society's leadership, preferably the same person who would be the society representative to the SEC.

Society Name: The name your society goes by

Abbreviation: A three to ten letter abbreviation that your society can be identified by

Website: The website for your organization - you can leave this blank if you don't have one.

Email: An official contact email for your society. This should preferably be an official VT address, and not a particular student's.

Description: A description of your society in terms of what you do, what your goals are, and who your membership is comprised of

Membership Estimate: A rough estimate at your total student membership at Virginia Tech

Programs Run: A synopsis of the programs your society is responsible for running

Events Run: A synopsis of events that your society puts on over the school year
