Responsibilities
The Publicity Chair creates all SEC promotional materials and promotes all SEC events to the Virginia Tech engineering student body while constantly looking to expand the public's knowledge of the SEC. The Publicity Chair has the responsibility to manage the SEC Brand Guidelines and collaborate with engineering organizations to publicize events.

Background
Tylen Jaeger is from Fredericksburg, Virginia and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in Green Engineering at Virginia Tech. Academically, she is interested in CAD modeling and the intersection of mechanical systems with creative applications such as themed entertainment, special effects, and animatronics. On campus, Tylen is involved in the Theme Park Engineering and Design Team, Alpha Omega Epsilon, the Society of Women Engineers and serves as a STEM tutor and undergraduate engineering TA.
