The SEC Director of Administration operates as the chief liaison between the Executive Board and membership by governing communication between the General Assembly and the SEC’s events, funding application deadlines and requirements, and operations. The DOA also compiles and maintains administrative records regarding the Constitution and Bylaws, Executive Board meetings, and additional procedures of the SEC.

Collin Dunphy is from Fairfax County, Virginia, and came to Virginia Tech passionate about computing and technology. Academically, Collin is interested in software engineering, mobile app development, and entrepreneurship and has focused his experience on using these competencies to solve real-world problems. Collin's professional experience is in the mobile application development. Collin is an Eagle Scout who enjoys playing soccer, cooking, and camping outside of his professional life.
