Volunteering

If you would like a first-hand look at how Expo works and an extra way to interact with your engineering peers and attending companies, please consider signing up! Volunteers play a vital role in helping welcome both our applicant and company attendees. We have general volunteer spots available from 7am-5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Sept 12-14, 2023). 

Your Role

Sign up as a general volunteer and a role will be assigned at a later date. Volunteering roles may range from the following:

• Assisting students and/or companies check-in
• Welcoming recruiters and helping them unload their gear (with possible free merchandise) to their booths
• Shuttle recruiters to and from Chicken-Hill Lot
• Protecting vital company assets from thieves (breakfast & lunch)
• Other logistical roles

Attire Requirement
