Background:

David grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia and came to Virginia Tech to intertwine his skills in systems engineering with his passions for leadership and community engagement. Being involved with the Center for the Enhancement for Engineering Diversity, he serves as a Peer Mentor and as a member of the Dean’s Team in order to improve the engineering student experience. Additionally, David serves as the Elections and Special Events Chair for the Class of 2023, facilitating the election process for future class systems. He is looking forward to utilizing his technical education to analyze and understand our global systems and create sustainable solutions in the consulting industry.
