General Assembly Meeting (GAM)

The General Assembly Meeting is mean to help inform engineering design teams about out funding process, and attendance is required for funding. During the meeting, we’ll review the reimbursement process, including funding eligibility requirements, how to submit reimbursement requests, how payments will be distributed, and answer any questions you may have. Please note that to remain eligible for funding, at least one person from each team must attend the GAM and complete the sign-in form provided at the end of the meeting.
