Responsibilities:

The Freshman Chair is in charge of recruiting and leading the Freshman Leadership Board (FLB). The FLB is a team of eight engineering freshmen to organize professional development, service and social events for engineering freshmen.

Background:

Tanya Bhargava is a Singaporean Indian who grew up in Malaysia. Tanya plans to pursue her interests in supply chain and logistics, project management as well as manufacturing processes in the field of Industrial & System Engineering. Outside of academics, Tanya is involved in the Galipatia Living Learning Community and in planning the Women's Preview Weekend. Tanya also loves traveling and trying new cuisines and cafes!
